Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions can be canceled to stop future billing. Cancellation timing and billing management may depend on the account and payment provider flow.

Access After Cancellation

Access may continue through the paid billing period unless otherwise stated in the product, checkout, or billing portal.

Used Report Credits

Used report credits are generally not refundable because they represent generated report activity and related service usage.

Case-by-Case Review

Refund requests can be reviewed case by case. Approval is not guaranteed, but reasonable requests will be considered.

Duplicate Charges and Billing Errors

Duplicate charges, accidental billing issues, or suspected billing errors can be reviewed if you contact support with the relevant account and charge details.
